30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • With tags attached
  • In the original packaging

You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package.

⚠️ Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please check your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.
The item must still meet the return conditions: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note, banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.
